Edward Cabrera owner of Body ONE, President of IntoShape and associate with Univera LifeSciences has been a personal trainer for twenty years.With a background in the martial arts, trained with Grand Master Kendall Jenkins. Edward was undefeated as a lightweight amateur boxer, and at the age of 41 fought his first pro fight in the light heavyweight division, winning by KO. His comprehensive knowlege of training has made him one of the most sought after trainers in his home town of Key West, Fl.

His services have been used by professional athletes ,actors, special popuations, locals, as well as other personal trainers to whom he has been named "The Trainer of Trainers". 

Winning local pool tournaments and strong play has earned him respect among his peers.

“As a pool player I have played on every level. I know and understand what it is like to be up for 36 hours playing for 15 of them in a high stakes game, drug free” says Edward.

In 1991 he organized a fund raiser for multiple scerosis in which world champion Mike Sigel attended to help raise money.

Combining his first two loves Edward has developed a training program designed especially for pool players.
